Instructions for speakers

  • Please allow 5 minutes for Q&A at the end of your talk.
  • Please bring your computer to the front of the auditorium a few minutes before the start of your session. You will be able to test your presentation and we will seamlessly switch between talks during the session.
  • Speakers will be able to use their own computer for their talk. Just in case, however, we are also providing a Dropbox link where we ask speakers to upload their talk. Please upload your talk and name your file Lastname.pptx or Lastname.pdf, or… (e.g., Debenedetti.pptx).

Walk from Stadium Garage to Frick Chemistry Building

Parking on campus

Visitors coming to the University on weekdays from 7 AM to 4 PM are welcome to park in the Stadium Drive Garage, which is located off Faculty Road, a 5min walk to the Frick Chemistry building.

Visitors parking in the garage are asked to register for a daily visitor permit. Registration can be done online in advance or at the garage during arrival.

After 4 PM on weekdays and all day on weekends/University holidays, University visitors may park in any numbered and non-restricted parking lots, including Prospect Ave Garage, and Stadium Drive Garage. *The Theater Garage (behind Wawa) is temporarily closed.
